Cuire jusqu’à ce que la sauce soit légèrement épaisse, ajouter le chou-fleur, remuer gentiment laisser encore 2 min avant de le retirer du feu.
- Mélanger 20g de fromage avec la chapelure et le persil, saupoudrer le chou-fleur de ce mélange et mettre au four pour 8 min avant de passer au grill pour gratiner.
