- Pour les oeufs : dans un saladier casser deux oeufs et ajouter les morceaux de choux fleur. Mélanger. Ajouter une pincée de sel fin et un demi verre d'eau. Mélanger puis mettre dans la poêle bien chaude. Remuer à la fourchette jusqu'à ce que les œufs soient moelleux.
- Pour le wok : découper en morceaux grossier les feuilles de choux fleur etc. Dans une poêle chaude, mettre les feuilles et couvrir. Après 5min, ajouter un filet d'huile et de la sauce nuoc-mâm (selon votre goût). Couvrir. Quand cela commence à accrocher au fond, ajouter de l'eau et couvrir à nouveau. Quand l'eau est partie, saupoudrer de graines de cesame, mélanger et sortir du feu.
- Présentation : dans le tup 1: oeufs brouillés(plus sec et croquant) et tomates (juteux et mou)/ tup 2 : quinoa mélangé à des haricots blanc (texture crémeuse) et wok (texture croquante). Pour la grignote : les radis et les graines grillées.
